German Butterball Organic Seed Potatoes
Late season 100 day maturity, this variety is an extremely popular one! An heirloom potato with gold netted skin with gold flesh that has a wonderful mild buttery flavor. Use roasted, fried, or boiled. It is resistant to scab and viruses, and due to how easy it is to grow in many different conditions this is a great potato for beginner gardeners! German Butterball was a winner of "Organic Gardening Magazine's Taste Off Contest". This variety was a hit at our Thanksgiving Dinner when served mashed potatoes and is truly one our favorites!
