Adirondack Red Organic Seed Potatoes
Early to mid maturity, 70-90 days. High in antioxidants due to the naturally occuring anthocyanins found in the red coloring, this red skinned and red fleshed potato tastes wonderful and is extra good for you! Great for culinary displays as well. So if you would like something to be ready early and even dig a few for the 4th of July this one is the one. They won't be completely mature but you would have small tubers to dig if planted the beginning of May. Try 3 weeks before your last frost date.
