Adirondack Blue Organic Seed Potatoes
Early to mid season, 70-90 day, maturity. This variety has a wonderful round to oblong shape with a bright blue-purple skin AND flesh. It is special because both skin and flesh are colored and have high levels of anthocyanins, similar to a blueberry and raspberry. Unlike many blue potatoes, it doesn't turn grey after boiling. It is great for use in brightly colored salads, excellent mashed potatoes, fries with a nutty flavor and firm texture. It is just fun to grow and even more awesome to eat!
