Mid Late-season 80-90 day maturity. Known for its gourmet quality, this variety is a smooth, red skinned, sleek and slender tuber. A marbling of pink inside mostly yellow flesh which stays firm but smooth even when cooked. It offers a robust earthy and buttery flavor and is really best when prepared with the skin on. Delicious boiled, roasted and added to soups! It has excellent growth and very good yields.
